We use email rather than a contact form on purpose: you keep a copy of what you sent, and nothing can silently vanish into a form handler.

Before you write — the usual questions

Is the assessment really free?
Yes, permanently, and it doesn't ask for an email or a card. Charging men to find out whether they have a problem would make our free verdict worthless — one of the three results tells you to spend nothing at all.
Can Baseline diagnose low testosterone?
No, and neither can any questionnaire. It's an educational screening tool that tells you whether your symptom pattern matches low testosterone and what else could be causing it. Only a blood test read by a clinician can diagnose you.
Do you sell testosterone or supplements?
No. We don't sell anything you put in your body and we never will. If a lab or clinic we link to pays us a commission, it says so next to the link.
Will you share my answers with anyone?
We can't — we never receive them. The assessment is scored inside your own browser and your answers are never transmitted to us or stored on our servers. We only record which of the three outcome categories you landed in, anonymously.
How do I cancel?
One email, or from your account. Cancelling stops future billing immediately and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't run retention flows.
How do refunds work?
Thirty days, no questions asked, no reason required. Accidental or duplicate charges are refunded whenever you spot them.
I think I might have a medical emergency.
Please contact your local emergency services or a doctor immediately. Baseline is educational and we are not equipped to help with anything urgent.
